Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the GateCheck app, operated by Jexis Enterprises, LLC ("we"). By using GateCheck you agree to them.
The service
GateCheck crowdsources airport door-to-gate timing estimates and helps travel groups coordinate. Estimates are estimates. Wait times vary and can change suddenly; you are solely responsible for when you leave and whether you make your flight. GateCheck is not affiliated with the TSA, CLEAR, any airport, or any airline.
Your account
You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in method secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Fair use of the timer
Submit only genuine timing reports. We automatically discard implausible data and may suspend accounts that submit junk or attempt to manipulate statistics.
Groups and text messages
When you add a group member by phone number, you confirm you have their permission to share their number with us for travel alerts. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies with travel activity, and message and data rates may apply. See the Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are protected.
GateCheck Pro
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ($3.99/month or $24.99/year after a 7-day free trial) billed through your Apple or Google account and cancelable anytime in your store account settings. Store refund policies apply.
Acceptable use
No scraping, reverse engineering, reselling data, or interfering with the service or other users.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for missed flights, travel costs, or other indirect damages.
Termination
You can stop using GateCheck anytime (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Jexis Enterprises, LLC is organized, USA. Changes will be posted here; continued use means acceptance.
