Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of jexisenterprises.com and the apps, products, and services of Jexis Enterprises, LLC. By using them, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services. We provide websites, mobile applications, digital and physical products, and related messaging programs. Specific products (such as the GateCheck or Gather app) may have supplemental terms presented within them.

2. Accounts. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and the security of your account. You must be at least 13 to use our apps, and at least 18 to make purchases.

3. User Content & Data. Some services let you submit content or data (for example, timing reports in GateCheck). You grant us a license to use, aggregate, and anonymize submissions to operate and improve the services. Don't submit false data or content you don't have rights to.

4. Messaging. SMS and push messaging terms, including opt-out instructions, are described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions. Prices are shown at purchase. App subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their refund policies apply. Custom physical goods ordered through our storefronts are made to order; storefront-specific policies (e.g., Etsy's) apply there.

6. Acceptable Use. Don't misuse the services: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, no scraping or bulk data extraction, no submitting deliberately false information, no interfering with other users.

7. Disclaimers. Services are provided "as is." For mobile app GateCheck, Travel-related information (including estimated wait times) is crowdsourced and provided for convenience only — always allow extra time and follow airline and TSA guidance. We are not responsible for missed flights or travel losses arising from reliance on estimates.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jexis Enterprises' total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination. You can stop using the services or delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
